This session explains how to breathe properly. Occasionally we can apply e.g. Wim Hof or Tummo hyperventilation techniques, but we don't want to put our body into these ‘stressful’ situations structurally and get hooked to impaired breathing patterns. Breathe through your nose, low and slow. Also read Anders' article about proper breathing.
