About Anders

Anders is a breathwork expert who has dedicated the past twelve years to improving people’s breathing habits. His work focuses on enhancing health, reducing stress, and improving both work andathletic performance through conscious breathing. He inspires people to be kinder to their bodies, show more courage, find inner calm, and live with greater freedom and resilience. 

More than a decade ago, Anders began an intensive search for the most effective breathing techniques, which ultimately led to the development of the concept “Conscious Breathing.” This approach transformed his own physical and mental health and now forms the foundation of his work within Renewmyday.
