Julia Samuelsson is one of Renewmyday’s Wellbeing Officers and in-house psychologist. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Work, Health & Organisational Psychology, she combines an understanding of both the employee’s perspective and the organisations needs. Her background as an HR Business Partner adds a practical, people focused dimension to her work, ensuring strategies are not only evidence based but also realistic in day-to-day business life. As a professional athlete, Julia has first-hand experience in performance and wellbeing optimisation, knowledge she now applies to help individuals and teams thrive. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people can flourish, stay healthy, and perform at their best.
