Marjan delivers multiple workshops.

Together with Renée, she leads the workshop “Self-Care for Stress Recovery & Vitality.”

This restorative workshop invites participants to step away from daily pressures and reconnect with themselves in a calm, natural, and sustainable way.

Under the guidance of licensed psychologists Marjan and Renée, participants explore practical ways to recover from stress and strengthen their vitality. Through nature-based and experiential exercises, the workshop fosters greater self-awareness, relaxation, and balance.

Participants gain practical insights and tools to:

  • Recognize what gives them energy and what drains it
  • Experience the benefits of mindfulness and relaxation
  • Practice greater self-compassion
  • Gain clarity on what truly matters in their lives

Together with Sanne, she leads the workshop “Improving Team Dynamics: From Tension to Collaboration.”

In this workshop, teams explore how thoughts and assumptions influence tension and communication within the team. Through practical exercises, participants learn how automatic interpretations can intensify conflicts—for example during feedback conversations, disagreements, or periods of high workload.

Under the guidance of licensed psychologists Marjan and Sanne, the focus is on increasing awareness of thinking patterns and how these affect behavior and stress. Participants learn a simple reflection method that they can apply in their daily work practice.

The result is teams that communicate more effectively, recognize tension earlier, and develop more resilient team dynamics.

About Marjan

Marjan is a registered healthcare psychologist (GZ-psychologist), outdoor psychologist and EMDR therapist. She provides guidance in nature, specifically for employees who experience stress, burnout, anxiety or other work-related challenges. Her approach is evidence-based and focuses on restoring balance, resilience and energy, enabling people to function again in alignment with their values.

Since 2010, Marjan has worked as a GZ-psychologist in both employed and independent settings and has established several practices. She combines her extensive clinical experience with the restorative power of nature. By conducting sessions and interventions outdoors, space is created for calm, new insights and sustainable recovery.

In addition to individual guidance, she also provides workshops and training for organizations, focusing on vitality, stress recovery and self-care. Her approach is practical, flexible and tailored to the context and needs of both individuals and organizations.
