Nanda is Renewmyday’s yoga teacher, breathwork trainer and movement coach. In this corporate yoga workshop, Nanda introduces employees to accessible, office-friendly yoga exercises that help relieve stress, improve focus and restore energy. The session combines gentle physical exercises, breathing techniques and mindfulness.
About Nanda
Nanda is a yoga and barre teacher and one of the movement experts at Renewmyday. Her aim is to help people feel better by guiding them to move without expectations, with posture and body awareness at the centre. She inspires others to become active and to move more consciously.
Nanda also teaches therapeutic yoga, where she integrates her background in iconographic studies with holistic yoga sessions. After a career in the art world, corporate sector, media, and modelling industry, she decided to devote herself entirely to helping people through yoga. Her holistic approach emphasises the importance of self-care and living in the present moment.
