Together with Marjan, she leads the workshop “Improving Team Dynamics: From Tension to Collaboration.”
In this workshop, teams explore how thoughts and assumptions influence tension and communication within the team. Through practical exercises, participants learn how automatic interpretations can intensify conflicts, for example during feedback conversations, disagreements, or periods of high workload.
Under the guidance of licensed psychologists Marjan and Sanne, the focus is on increasing awareness of thinking patterns and how these affect behavior and stress. Participants learn a simple reflection method that they can apply in their daily work practice.
The result is teams that communicate more effectively, recognize tension earlier, and develop more resilient team dynamics.
Together with Willemijn, she leads the workshop “Mental Clarity in the Workplace.”
This workshop is designed for employees dealing with stress, performance anxiety, or high pressure, for example in demanding work environments. Participants learn how their thoughts and interpretations influence their response to pressure, whether related to deadlines, feedback, or uncertainty.
Through practical exercises, they develop awareness of their own thinking patterns and discover how to examine and reframe stressful thoughts. This creates more mental space, helps them stay clear-headed under pressure, and improves collaboration with colleagues.
Result: Employees who handle pressure more effectively, communicate more constructively, and remain productive, even in challenging situations.
About Sanne
Sanne is a registered healthcare psychologist (GZ-psychologist), EMDR therapist, cognitive behavioral therapist and ACT professional. She is the owner of Psychologenpraktijk Binnenstebuiten and co-owner of Buitengewoon Psychologen. In her work, she supports individuals who operate in demanding environments, including professionals who find that stress, anxiety or prolonged pressure undermine their sense of direction and control.
Sanne specializes in anxiety disorders, stress and burnout, and trauma- and stress-related complaints. In her treatments she combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and schema-focused interventions. This integrative approach focuses on sustainable change: not only reducing symptoms, but also strengthening resilience, clarity and the ability to make thoughtful decisions under pressure.
Her working style is hands-on, careful and goal-oriented.
