Sarah is a professional personal trainer with fifteen years of experience. Originally from London, she now lives and works in Amsterdam. She trains people of all ages and fitness levels, with a special focus on women’s strength and fitness development. Her goal is to help individuals build a strong body that contributes to feeling positive, energised, and happy. 

Sport has played an important role in her life since childhood. After the birth of her children, Sarah decided to follow her passion and became a certified personal trainer. Her mission is to help people move better, feel better, and enjoy the process of training. For her, vitality is the feeling of health, energy, and resilience that comes from having a strong, well-functioning body.
