Renewmyday helps you to reduce stress and overcome anxiety, by combining movement, breathing and reflection techniques also impacting sleep, as well as healthy nutrition.

We offer tips, exercises and practices that decrease stress, improve your overall fitness, influence better sleep, raise your awareness about the right nutrition giving you sustainable energy and focus on conscious breathing to elevate your oxygen uptake and distribution and fuel all cells in your body. With your energy flowing, you will be able to do the things you love and live a life of joy and purpose.

For many people weight control is a challenge. A healthy weight should be your objective. Especially when you are overweight, you should check if your blood pressure, waist circumference and cholesterol levels are within healthy limits. Renewmyday focuses on increasing and protecting your energy. Part of our program is to move regularly and eat healthier, but also to breathe consciously. E.g. if your breath is through your nose, low and slow, you will improve your oxygen uptake and distribution, which enhances fat burning. Proper breathing then also avoids sugar cravings. With impaired breathing and less oxygen, your body cannot burn your fat reserves for energy production efficiently and will scream for other quick energy sources, provided through candy, fast food or soda drinks. Our experts will offer plenty of guidance to move you in the right direction.

Renewmyday focuses on healthy moving, eating, sleeping, breathing and reflecting, all in balance. Your move routines will enhance white blood cells' effectiveness, fighting off bacteria or viruses. You will reduce stress, which otherwise weakens the immune system. Conscious (nose) breathing has several anti-bacterial benefits (e.g. through nitric oxide (NO) in your nasal cavities and increased CO2 tolerance) and stimulates your lymphatic system through diaphragmatic (or belly) breathing. Our program will offer you bite-size pieces of information and practical exercises to gradually adopt new habits and to improve your immune system as well.
