Ingredients

250 grams Broccoli rice or brown rice
150 grams of (fresh) raw sliced salmon fillet
100 grams of wakame (seaweed)
50 grams of julienne carrot
4 sliced radishes
A sliced half of ripe avocado
A sliced half cucumber
1 clove of garlic
Olive oil
Samphire

Marinade:
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 lime or 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar

Garnish:
1 teaspoon of black sesame seeds
Japanese mayonnaise
Alfalfa
Coriander

Preparation

  1. Cook the broccoli rice al dente for about 1 minute. Then fry the broccoli for about 1 minute in some olive oil in which you fried the chopped garlic.
  2. Marinate the salmon in the sesame oil mixed with soy sauce, fish sauce and lime juice.
  3. Transfer the broccoli rice into 2 bowls. Divide the salmon over it. Then the cucumber and avocado, the radishes, carrot, wakame and samphire.

Tip: If you want a luxurious poke bowl, garnish it with sesame seeds, Japanese mayonnaise with a hint of spicy wasabi, alfalfa and coriander.
