2 ripe avocado’s
1 ripe mango
150 gram coconut yogurt or Greek yoghurt
½ tea spoon turmeric
1 cm ginger root
For the topping
100 gram blueberries or other fruit
2 tablespoons coconut grater
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation
- Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into pieces.
- Cut the mango in half, peel it and dice the flesh from both parts along the stone.
- Peel the ginger root.
- Put the avocado, mango, ginger, turmeric and yogurt in the blender and puree until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to 2 ramekins and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut grater and garnish with red fruits.
Tip: Do you like a more fluid smoothie? Add some extra coconut or almond milk.
