Ingredients

2 ripe avocado’s
1 ripe mango
150 gram coconut yogurt or Greek yoghurt
½ tea spoon turmeric
1 cm ginger root

For the topping
100 gram blueberries or other fruit
2 tablespoons coconut grater
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into pieces. 
  2. Cut the mango in half, peel it and dice the flesh from both parts along the stone. 
  3. Peel the ginger root. 
  4. Put the avocado, mango, ginger, turmeric and yogurt in the blender and puree until smooth. 
  5. Transfer the mixture to 2 ramekins and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut grater and garnish with red fruits. 

Tip: Do you like a more fluid smoothie? Add some extra coconut or almond milk.
