Ingredients
250g solid tofu, cut into large chunks
70g / ⅓ cup pine nuts
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
a pinch pepper
15g fresh basil leaves

Preparation
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor container.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes to a smooth paste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve, or keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
