250 tofu
1 tsp kala namak
1 tsp turmeric
4 vegan sausages
4 slices vegan cheese
knob of vegan butter
2 slices sourdough bread
2 tbsp sunflower oil
Pinch of seaweed salt and pepper


  1. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and crumble the tofu on top. Sprinkle it with turmeric and kala namak. Fry the tofu for 3 minutes until crispy and transfer to a plate and sprinkle with pepper and (seaweed) salt. 
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil in the same frying pan and fry the vegan sausages for about 5 minutes. Slice them diagonally. 
  3. Spread the bread thinly with butter and top with the tofu mixture. Place the cheese and tomato slices next to it.

Tip: The tofu mixture can also be used as a base for a main course.
