Margot is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation expert at Renewmyday. After working for many years as a makeup artist and hairstylist for magazines and fashion shows, she began practising yoga twelve years ago. This eventually led to a four-year training in yoga, breathwork, and meditation. Margot helps people de-stress body and mind through movement, breathwork, and meditation, allowing them to experience more relaxation, focus, and creativity. 

She sees vitality as the fuel for everything that makes life meaningful: dreams, relationships, creativity, family, and work.
