Our minds and bodies make a lot of effort that we are aware of and many that we are not aware of. This simple and effective grounding technique allows us to shake off the muscle effort to experience the quiet and solid parts of ourselves. I will guide you to move into a standing position where you will have your feet rooted in the ground while shaking off and releasing any current worries and stress you are holding in your shoulders, chest, and belly.
