Restore balance to the body

In this series you will release stress and tension and find balance in your body and mind. This grounded breath work inspired practice uses long exhales, in combination with conscious inhales. By holding out the breath to carve out space so you can soften into your body and balance your energy. After this breath practice  you will feel grounded with mental space to walk into your day.
