Enhancing mobility by working your hips

In this practice you just need a (kitchen)counter. You can also do this with your table companions as a good break in between meals to have even more fun! You will be firing up you calf muscles, legs, glutes, pelvis and especially your hips. Creating flexibility in your hip area supports our overall mobility and releases stress often built up in that area.
