Morning Pilates

In this series, you not only sculpt and tone your core muscles to improve your stability, posture, and balance but also liberate your spine and improve your blood circulation. The practice is offered as a lying down practice in the beginning and then from an all fours position to flex your spine through some energetic wave movements. You will end the practice in a standing position, ready to walk energized into your day.
