Give space to your breath

How to overcome the fight response of your body when you are in pain, wether this is physical or emotional pain or anxiety? You want to be soft and let go of any tension. This breathing technique helps you to create space and softness while your attention is on your pain. You will notice that through your breath your pain will start to dissolve as you're not fighting against or resisting it.

Hi! I am Amanda MacRae, one of the experts for Renewmyday and a somatic therapist & breathwork practitioner. Originally from Sydney, now living and working in Amsterdam.
