In this practice you will learn how to release tension in your upper body. By gently rotating, strengthening and lengthening your shoulders, neck and arm muscles you will be able to release tension. This practice is easily to follow, even if you're new to any form of yoga or similar training. 

Margot is a yoga, breathwork, and meditation expert at Renewmyday. After working for many years as a makeup artist and hairstylist for magazines and fashion shows, she began practising yoga twelve years ago.
