In this practice you will learn how to release tension in your upper body. By gently rotating, strengthening and lengthening your shoulders, neck and arm muscles you will be able to release tension. This practice is easily to follow, even if you're new to any form of yoga or similar training. 

Hi! My name is Margot van Essen I’m a yoga, breathe & meditation expert for Renewmyday. Since I was 19 years old I have been working as a makeup artist and hairstylist for magazines and fashion shows. I love this creative part of me.
