How to add Renewmyday to your homescreen?

Using iOS:

Launch Safari on your ‌iPhone‌ or ‌iPad‌
Navigate to renewmyday.com
Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen
Scroll down to the list of actions and tap ‘Add to homescreen’

Using Android:

Launch Chrome or IE on your device.
Navigate to renewmyday.com
Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap 'Add to homescreen
You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome / IE will add it to your home screen

How does the free trial work?

Create an account on https://renewmyday.com/pricing, select your most suitable subscription plan, pay 0.01 €, and try Renewmyday for 7 days for free.

During this period you'll have access to all our content, including videos and audiocasts, your vitality assessment, vitality score, and your 12-week program.

The day before your 7-day free trial expires, you will receive an email informing you that you will be automatically enrolled in your selected subscription plan unless you cancel prior to the expiration of your 7-day free trial.

How can I subscribe?

Create an account on https://renewmyday.com/pricing, select your most suitable subscription plan and pay 0.01 €.

You'll have immediate access to all our content, including videos and audiocasts, your vitality assessment, vitality score, and your 12-week program.

Every subscription includes a free 7-day trial period.

At https://renewmyday.com/profile (only accessible post-log-in), you have the option to upgrade from a monthly to a quarterly or an annual subscription.

What is the price for a subscription?

Renewmyday offers 3 different subscription plans:

Monthy: € 19,99;

Quarterly: € 49,99

Yearly: € 159,99

How can I reset my password?

Go to the https://renewmyday.com/en/forgot-password page and fill in the email address used to create your account at Renewmyday. We will send you a link for resetting your password per e-mail.

Please check your spam/junk folder (and Promotions folder if you use Gmail) if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.

What price will I be charged for extending my subscription?

Subscriptions are recurring at the same prices as your initial purchase. In case of a price change we will communicate this in time.

How do I cancel my subscription?

First of all, we appreciate you being part of Renewmyday. Please note that the door is always open for you to reactivate your account. If there is anything we can do to improve please let us know by submitting a request.

To cancel your subscription:

Go to your profile page in the upper right corner of the website
- Scroll down to the ‘Subscription’ tab
- Click on ‘Cancel subscription'

Please note – for recurring monthly memberships you are automatically charged about 24 hours before the end of every subscription period, so you will need to cancel your subscription prior to this.

How do I delete my account?

Are you sure that you want to delete your account? Keep in mind that you will permanently lose all the information associated with your account.

To delete your account, please send us a request to delete your account and we will delete your account within 24h.

How can I upgrade my subscription?

At https://renewmyday.com/profile (only accessible post-log-in), you have the option to upgrade from a monthly to a quarterly or an annual subscription.
