Who is Renewmyday for?

For employees and independent professionals who want to maintain energy, focus and self-confidence and have access to adequate mental support if needed.

What is Renewmyday?

Renewmyday offers wellbeing solutions to organisations to improve employee wellbeing and a build a vitality-first work culture. Our solution includes workshops & masterclasses, 1:1 sessions with psycholgists & experts, in-company & online wellbeing sessions and our platform. All our solutions are available as standalone services, or as part of a subscription on our platform. 

Is my use of Renewmyday anonymous?

Yes. All activities on the platform is completely anonymous and confidential. No personal data or results are ever shared with your employer or any third party. 

Using the Platform

What are the onboarding steps?

For independent users  

Getting started is simple, just sign up directly on our website, here. 

You’ll receive immediate access to the platform and its wellbeing tools.  

 

For organisations 

Our onboarding process for organisations is designed to be smooth, personalised, and supportive.  

 

Initial consultation - We start with a short meeting to understand your organisation’s needs, goals, and wellbeing priorities. Based on this conversation, we customise your Renewmyday platform.  

 

Kick-off session (online or on-site) - We introduce Renewmyday to your employees, explain the tools available, and ensure everyone can access their accounts.  

 

Welcome & engagement emails - After the kick-off, all employees receive a welcome email. Throughout the first month, we also send helpful and engaging messages to guide them through the platform and encourage healthy wellbeing habits.  

 

Follow-up meeting  - Within the first month, we meet with you again to discuss participation, feedback, and any adjustments needed.  

 

Quarterly report  - Three months after the kick-off, we provide a detailed quarterly report with insights and recommendations.  

 

Timeline:

From the moment we agree to collaborate, the kick-off can take place within six weeks.  

How do I get started?

Log in with your Renewmyday credentials or, if you are an independent user, create an account by signing up on the website, here. Once you are logged in, choose from a range of programs and tools displayed on the platform, or use the AI driven Digital Wellbeing Officer Kim to find the next best step for you. If you want human support, book a call with your personal Wellbeing Officer, or join the weekly support calls.   

What are the E-modules?

Our e-health modules are short online trainings that help you build healthy habits and strengthen skills around stress, sleep, mindset, boundaries, and resilience. You can follow the “ACT - from complaint to resilience” program, a 6 session course on communication or hybrid work, or a program on planning and structure, and much more!  

Can I ask questions to an expert?

Yes. You can reach out to Kim, the Digital Wellbeing Officer, for personal and secure support. You can also ask questions to your personal Wellbeing Officer and if needed, get further support from our experts and professionals.

Where can I access the self-help tools?

By simply scrolling down on the dashboard, you will find all our self-help tools. You can also navigate to them by using the title menu at the top of the page.    

How do I join the support calls?

You simply click the “teamslink” button, and you will be able to join the call. No registration is needed! Regularly we invite guests and experts to speak; you can see who and what on the dashboard.  

I am looking for specific content on the platform; can I search for it?

You find all our video and audio content under the “on demand vitality” tile. All the content is organized under the five pillars; move, eat, sleep, breathe, reflect. Content you have already watched or favorited will be found under your program dashboard. Written content, such as articles and blogs, can be found under the “article” tile. If you want to view specific content the easiest way is to ask your Digital Wellbeing Officer Kim to search for it and send a direct link to you.    

What is the 12-week vitality program?

With our Vitality Program, you can build lasting habits through personalised routines that focus on the areas of your vitality that need the most attention right now.    

You start by taking the Vitality Assessment to discover your Vitality Profile providing insights into how you currently relate to the five vitality pillars: Move, Sleep, Eat, Breathe, and Reflect. Following the assessment, you will get access to the full Vitality program!  

How do I add Renewmyday to my homescreen?

Using iOS:   

1. Launch Safari on your ‌iPhone‌ or ‌iPad‌   

2. Navigate to renewmyday.com   

3. Tap the Share icon (the square with an arrow pointing out of it) at the bottom of the screen   

4. Scroll down to the list of actions and tap ‘Add to homescreen’   

    

Using Android:   

1. Launch Chrome or IE on your device.   

2.  Navigate to renewmyday.com   

3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap 'Add to homescreen   

4. You'll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome / IE will add it to your home screen

Who are the experts at Renewmyday?

Certified psychologists, coaches, and vitality specialists experienced in stress management, behavioural change, sleep, nutrition and personal leadership. We also have legal and financial experts, and specialists in female health. You find them here! 

Can I get one-on-one support?

Absolutely. If you prefer personal guidance, you can book a session with one of our experts through your Wellbeing Officer.   

Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?

Renewmyday fully comply with GDPR. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. You will find our full privacy statement on our website under “privacy and cookies statement”.   

Will my employer know what I do on Renewmyday?

No. Your participation and progress remain private. Employers only receive anonymous, aggregated insights and statistics to help improve overall wellbeing within your organisation.  

Can anyone view the conversations I have with Digital Wellbeing Officer Chatbot?

No. Your conversations are private and confidential. They are not shared with your employer, colleagues, the Renewmyday team or any other parties. Only you can see your chat history. We use strict privacy and security measures to protect your data, and your personal information is never used without your consent.  

How do you ensure content quality and evidence-based methods?

We work with certified experts not only for the 1-1 session, but also during the development of our tools, services, and programs.
