Ingredients

1 cup (gluten free) oat flour
1/3 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp fibre husk (psyllium)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to a 190 degrees.
  2. Mix all the dried ingredient in a bowl. Pour in the milk and mix well.
  3. Transfer the batter into a lined baking sheet size 30x40 and flatten with a back of a spoon. Try to get a thin layer, about 3 mm. Notch marks with a sharp knife (can use a pizza knife) to make it easy to break it later. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the bake is puffed, firm and a little brown on the top. Cool a little and then break along the scores into squares.
  4. If you like them extra crispy than bake them for second time, for about 5-10 minutes, after they have cooled. Cool well and store in an air tight container or plastic bag.

Tip: to get a really thin cracker, drizzle a little bit of olive oil and roll out with a rolling pin.
