Undoing the contractions of fear

In this practice Amanda explains how breath can dissolve fear by breathing deep down in the belly activating the vagus nerve that is connecting your brain with your gut through your back. Your breath and attention can soften parts your body that are contracted by the fear response. Softening these areas help to calm down the nervous system.
