Effective breathing and improved blood flow

This breath work technique is focused on strengthening your diaphragm, the most important muscle in your respiratory system that helps you to breathe effectively and supports your blood flow. When breathing effectively you will build a good balance between your oxygen (O2) uptake and your carbon dioxide (CO2) release. When O2 and CO2 are in balance, your red blood cells release their oxygen more effectively than when your CO2 pressure is too low, e.g. caused by over-breathing, releasing too much CO2.
